I wrote this review for my blog a couple of days ago and was sort of afraid to share it, but I'll link you in to it. www.sandandsunshine.blogspot.com I suppose it's a plug but that pencil is completely worth it.

I placed a big order with them and then used the code: simplicity to get 20% off my order, and I would buy another. That code has been working since 2007, but it only works once. Wink

I bought one of these last night at my LQS after a demonstration and rave reviews by the shop owner. My longarmer bought one pencil and replacement leads in ALL the colors available (black, white, pink, yellow and green) so she can change them out.

It actually erases with a regular soft eraser like my trusty Pentel Clic Eraser, makes a very fine line with no effort at all, needs no sharpening, and works just like a standard mechanical pencil. The shop owner uses it for appliqué and says it has really improved both her enjoyment and her accuracy. I can't wait to try it for real on my current project!

I used mine yesterday for the first time and was amazed at how totally and easily I could erase white lines on black marble fabric. I love that you don't have to use water to remove the markings! They do say to be sure to remove all markings before ironing, so I'm guessing that heat sets them. I marked white on black, folded it up and took it to my longarmers to work on, and when we loaded it up on her Gammill, the lines were clear, crisp and unsmudged yet they still erased completely later on. The best of both worlds! I need to go back and get some black leads, want me to get a pencil for ya, Barb? Wink

    Oh yes please!!!
The LQS said they'd be getting more in, but that means I'd have to go back there and we ALL know there's no "just running in to buy X" when it comes to the LQS...at least not for me. I swear FQs launch themselves at me.
