Re: Lovely antique quilting book
I'm downloading it as HTML, so the pictures should be in there. With any luck, I should be able to open it in any browser for offline reading. Did you download the plain text version?

Re: Lovely antique quilting book
if you get the zip file, 17.2 meg, the photos are included...
then just unzip to a directory...
go down to where it says 'download this ebook' then click on the one that says
html zip 17.21 meg main site
when I clicked on 'main site' the file downloaded
FANTASTIC book by the way - THANK YOU for posting the link~

Re: Lovely antique quilting book
The pictures download in a seperate file and I would like them to download with the text. I do get a red star on the text, but when I click on it, it doesn't open the picture. Sorry I am so ignorant about computers, but this is one stunning history book!

You're not ignorant dear. Put both files in the same folder on your computer and when you open the html file the pictures should be there. Hope that works for you.

Wow Loretta, I was unaware that they had made this one available. Yes, you will love it. Marie Webster is one of the premier quilt historians of the early 1900s, along with Ruth Finley.
Let us know if you get it to download.. I did get the link to work, but havent tried to downlaod and save it.. Ill try that now
