Hello and welcome to the registration page of the Quilter’s Corner message board. We’re glad you found us and invite you to register and join our group for some great times.

We have a wide variety of interests, experiences, and styles among our members and you are sure to find new friends, new knowledge and new things to try all in a very comfortable, safe atmosphere.

Registration is simple. Once you read and accept the terms of service, just enter the screen name and password of your choice along with a valid email address and your location. Click on save and you're all done. It’s that easy.

Your membership will be activated when we receive notification that you have gotten our welcoming email. Please allow at least 24 hours for activation as the process is not automated.

    This is one of my very favorite sites. http://gwydir.demon.co.uk/jo/tess/index.htm You can print out grids (graph paper) with different shapes (triangles, hexagons, squares, or combinations of shapes that tessellate, like the triangle grid I posted in the Hoffman Challenge thread. If you save the grid as a GIF file on your computer, you can open a copy of it in MS Paint and color in each triangle the way you want to and then save the result. You can design your own tessellations or see examples and get inspiration from them. No math needed, I promise!! Wink

    That's really cool. For Christmas my sister gave me a page of the day calendar, and low and behold on the back is square grid paper. So far it's worked out to be quite a help sitting next to the sewing machine, I just grab a couple of the old sheets and I'm off. Very Happy Now I'm wishing for a peg board to keep track of all my little notes. hahaha!
